Beautiful completely new apartment located in Palermo neighbourhood. It has one queen size bed and a fully equipped bathroom. Its equipped with a cable tv LCD (living room), internet wi fi, refrigerator, electric oven and air conditioning (living and room). The building has a barbacue grill, a small gym and a terrace. Subway station, bus stops, bars, restaurants and shops are located a few blocks away. The price includes Hi-Speed Internet and weekly maid service. For reservations on december, ask for the price.  Check outs before 9 am and after 5 pm have an extra fee (15 U$S, on weekends must be paid no matter the hour). The payment of the rent / deposit can be made through credit card or paypal 72hs before the check in.
