1- What is the minimum period to rent an apartment?

Most of the apartments published in this site can be reserved for minimum stays of one week. However, depending on the case, there are some apartments that have a longer minimum stay, for example 2 weeks.
2- What is the maximum time I can stay in an apartment?

The maximum stay will be for 6 months, under the current legislation, having the possibility to renew the rent for another 6 months.
3- What are the accepted means of payment for equiped apartments?

The only way to pay is in cash, American Dollars, or its equal in Argentinian Pesos or Euros, at the exchange rate on the day of payment.
4- At what time can I check-in to an apartment?

We receive travellers 365 days of the year. A member of our staff will welcome you at the arranged time, which is decided 3 days before your arrival). However, U$S 15 will be charged as a "Late Check-In" fee when the passenger arrives out of business hours which are Monday through Friday, 9.30AM to 6.00PM
5- Do I have to make any damage deposit in order to rent?

You pay a damage deposit of:

a) 1 to 2 weeks: The equivalent of 1 weeks rent.
b) 2 weeks to a month: The equivalent of 2 weeks rent.
c) 1 Month: The equivalent of 2 weeks rent.
d) Longer than a month: The equivalent of a months rent.
6- Are there extra charges for utilities?

The price of all our apartments include utilities and amenities also.
7- How often are the apartments cleaned?

Some of the apartments include maid service once a week (this includes changing sheets and towels). More frequent maid service is additional.
8- What happens if I break something?

You get charged for that item, the value that appears on the inventory you sign when you check in.
9- Are bed linens and towels provided in the apartment?

All the apartments we offer are provided with towels and bed sheets
10- Do the prices includes taxes?

Yes, All taxes are included in the price.
