The best way to know Argentine farms!!!

This a visit to a typical "estancia" of the Argentine humid pampas, one of the most fertile natural soils all over the world, famous for its meat and cereal production. We will go to “Estancia Don Silvano” located in Capilla del Señor.

Reception
Empanadas wine and juice. After that we will visit the facilities.

Lunch
Parrilla (Barbacue): Chorizo, morcilla, asado de tira, vacío, chicken.
Salads: regular garden salad, fried potatoes in provenzal sauce (parsley and garlic) and carrots with boiled eggs.
Drinks: red wine, white wine, beer, sparkling/still mineral water, sodas.
Dessert: Icecream. Coffee.

Show:
Folk music and dancing during the lunch. You will listen our folk rhythms including zamba, gato, chacarera, malambo, malambo with boleadoras, bombos, chamamé, tango, etc. You can also take tango classes.

Destreza Criolla (National Skills) (03:30 p.m.)
Show of the best national skills. Carrera de sortijas, mansedumbre de caballos and vareo de tropilla.

Afternoon Snack: (4:00 p.m.)
Mate cocido with pasteles and tortas fritas (sweet fried cakes)

Free activities:
Football field, volleyball court and lawn bowling.
Park with children games.
Swimming-pool.
