What is the minimum period to rent an apartment?
Most of our apartments published in this site can be reserved for minimum stays of one week. However, depending on the case, there are some apartments with a diferent minimum stay, longer or shorter.

What is the maximum time I can stay in an apartment?
The max stay will be for 6 months, under the current legislation, having the possibility to renew the rent for another 6 months.

What are the accepted means of payment for equiped apartments?
The only way to pay is in cash, in American Dollars, or its equal in Argentinian Pesos or Euros, at the exchange rate on the day of payment. As an exception, we take Travelers Checks for a guarantee deposit.

At what time can I check-in to an apartment?
We receive travelers during the 365 days of the year. A member of our staff will welcome you at the arrenged time (3 das before minimum). However, U$S 15 will be charged as "Late Check-In" when the passanger arrives at non-work time. (work time: Monday to Friday between 9PM and 7PM).

Do I have to make any damage deposit in order to rent?
You have to pay as a damage deposit:

a) 1 to 2 weeks: The equivalent for 1 week of rent.
b) 2 weeks to a month: The equivalent for 2 weeks of rent.
c) 1 Month: The equivalent for 2 weeks of rent.
d) Longer than a month: The equivalent for a month of rent.

Are there extra charges for gas, electricity or water?
The price of all our apartments includes expenses and services.

7.

How often are the apartments cleaned?
Some of the apartments include one time a week maid service (in some cases it includes change of towels, sheets, etc.) . More frequent maid service is additional.

8.

What happens if I break something?
You would have to pay for what you broke the price that appears for that or those item/s in the inventory you signed in when you checked in.

9.

Are bed linens and towels provided in the apartment?
All the apartments what we offer are provided with towels and bed sheets.

10.

Do the prices includes taxes?
Yes, All taxes are included in the price.
