SALTA "LA LINDA". Its name comes from the aymara frase "sagta" which means very beautiful.<br>
Its the city of the country that preserves the most amount of colonial times. Its central square has significant buildings as the Cathedral and the Cabildo, which has the North Historical Museum; The house of Uriburu and the Arts Museum. The San Francisco Church has a 53m-high tower, one of the highest in America. The San Bernanrdo Convent is the most ancient construction in the city.<br><br>

THE CLOUD TRAIN. Train circuit with a 219km long, starts from the city of Salta, goes through the Lerma valley till "La Puna". It goes 4182m above the sea level.<br><br>

CALCHAQUIES VALLEY: Amazing landscapes with colorfull and strange rocks formations. In Cafayate, San Carlos, Angastaco, Molinos and Cachi you can still see the spanish traditions in their architecture, art and more. Cafayate is very famous for its "Torrontes" wine, with a fruit-like flavour.
